Refund & Return Policy
Thank you so much for your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your candle, we will issue a refund.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return. If 14 days has lapsed, unfortunately, a refund will not be honored.

- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Receipt or proof of purchase
- Within the 14 day timeframe
To start a return, you can contact us at support@thehelencandle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, returns on sale items are not accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will immediately refund you back on your original payment method. Please remember, banks/credit card companies have a process as well. Most financial institutions takes 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
